- What is SendRoom?
- SendRoom is a secure, branded investor data room for founders raising capital. You upload your pitch deck, financials, and diligence materials, organize them into a room, and share a single link that tracks every viewer.
- How do I know which investors actually read my deck?
- Every viewer identifies themselves with name and email before a document opens. All plans log room-level activity; Founder tier and up add per-page dwell time so you can see which investors read past the team slide and which ones bounced.
- How does SendRoom protect my deck from being leaked?
- Founder tier and up add dynamic watermarking (every page is stamped with the viewing investor's email) and passcode protection per link. Every plan can set a hard expiry date and revoke access instantly from the admin.
- Do investors need an account to view a room?
- No. Investors reach your room from a link, identify themselves with name and email, and land directly in the in-browser viewer. Founder tier and up enable viewer-identity watermarking. Only founders need a SendRoom account.
- How much does SendRoom cost?
- SendRoom is free for 14 days with no credit card required. Free-tier rooms carry a small “Powered by SendRoom” footer visible to investors; paid plans remove it and unlock higher limits.
- Can I revoke access after I share a link?
- Yes. Turn any link off from the admin at any time. Access ends the moment you click revoke, even for viewers already inside a room.
