How much does an investor data room cost?
SendRoom Free covers a first raise at no cost. Founder is $99/year, Founder Plus is $190/year with dynamic download watermarking and NDA gating, and Team is $49/month with unlimited rooms and three seats.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free is free forever, and every paid plan includes a 14-day trial without upfront payment.
Do you charge per viewer?
Never. Invite as many investors, lenders, or partners as you like on any plan — pricing is based on rooms, documents, and features, not headcount.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Admin → Billing. Changes are prorated on the same billing cycle.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You'll see a soft warning in the admin and we'll email you. Nothing is deleted — you just can't create new rooms or upload more until you upgrade or free up space.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Founder and Founder Plus are annual plans priced well below their monthly equivalents, and Team can be billed annually for a lower effective monthly rate.
